All IRESS clients receive full support with the setup and implementation of our solutions as part of standard IRESS services.
In addition to having a dedicated IRESS Account Executive assist in co-ordinating this process, we proactively align appropriate training and technical support staff to ensure effective implementation within the business.
Our implementation support process ensures that:
- Client specific workflow and trader requirements are clearly identified, understood and communicated.
- The IRESS implementation leverages the flexibility of the system to meet or exceed current workflow capacity
- Clients are kept informed of implementation progress.
- Users are trained and informed of product enhancements in advance of production dates.
The IRESS Account Executive is central to the implementation process and to maintaining the ongoing relationship we establish with clients. IRESS Account Executives are also responsible for coordinating a tight knit team of product managers, technical support, help desk and function or industry specialists.
Once implemented, IRESS maintains open communication with all clients to ensure the continuous optimization of the IRESS platform.
