IRESS support staff are located in the heart of the financial market districts, making it easy to provide fast and efficient on-site and remote support for clients when needed.
Training for the IRESS suite of financial markets products is typically conducted on a one-on-one basis between the client and their IRESS Account Executive. We conduct the training either at the client's desk or via virtual meeting to minimize interruption to their day, and to allow us to customize the workspace environment for their specific needs.
On-going training support for specialized functions is always available.
Training is incorporated into the subscription cost for clients who subscribe to the IRESS Professional suite of desktop products directly with IRESS Market Technology.
